The Red Sea Clownfish (Amphiprion bicinctus) or Anemonefish is also known as the Twoband Anemonefish nestled amongst an anemone in a symbotic relationship. Once an anemone or coral has been adopted, the clownfish will defend it but not affected by the potent stings. In return for this safe haven they feed mostly on copepods and mysids, the undigested excrement from their host anemones.
