Who plays up front?
The injured Romelu Lukaku was a notable absentee as the United squad boarded their flight to Turin and it remains to be seen whether Alexis Sanchez will again get the nod to start up front. Particularly after Marcus Rashford's match-winning cameo at Bournemouth.
Jose Mourinho may yet decide to switch things up for the third successive game and use his in-form player, Anthony Martial, through the middle to spare him his defensive duties.
The Frenchman has scored five goals in his last five games and the only team who managed to stop him scoring during that run was Juventus (while he had his hands full with one Cristiano Ronaldo on the wing).
Martial will want to put that right at the Allianz Stadium.
The stage is set
When the chips have been down, and United are expected to fold, they have shown remarkable resilience to bounce back in 2018 but how Mourinho would love his side to start games in that fashion.

Turin brings back some fond memories for United fans and some inspired man of the match performances down through the years, whether it was Roy Keane in 1999 or Ryan Giggs in 2003.
The stage is set for one of these players to make their mark.
Does Matic keep his place?
A year ago, United fans were rightly taunting Chelsea supporters for letting Nemanja Matic move up north but the Serbian has not been quite as effective of late. To say the least.
Like Lukaku, Matic needs a rest and while Mourinho has not shied away from dropping his untouchables of late, he will be wary of doing so before two huge games against Juventus and City where big-game experience is so important.
Mourinho attempted to evolve with a more attacking midfield at the start of the season - Andreas Pereira, Fred and Paul Pogba all started the first two games - but he appears wary of returning to that experiment after what happened at Brighton.
Game changers at the ready
Don’t miss
Just two weeks ago, Mourinho refused to make a substitution to try and change the game against Juventus and Tahith Chong was his only available forward on the bench.
Things are a lot healthier now - Andreas Pereira and Eric Bailly have not been even able to make the match day squad in the last two games - and we saw at Bournemouth how important the introductions of Herrera and Rashford were.
No room for respect
The gulf in class was there for all to see once the team sheets dropped in at Old Trafford last month but United allowed Juventus to run riot from the first whistle - failing to do the basics like tracking off the ball runs.
"I think we started the game against Juventus a bit in awe," Chris Smalling admitted. "We were off the pace and they were on the front foot."
United managed just six shots, their fewest in a home Champions League game in four-and-a-half years, and it is feasible they will have even fewer chances in Turin so they have to take them.
