The honor crap (A90) does not have memory card slot. Useless phone.

        this samsung phone literally has a significantly better cooling solution than whatever xiaomi's putting on their phones, if you look at the disassembly videos, which alleviates concerns of overheating, and in turn, also probably lessens the possibility of damaging the cpu from high temperatures like the past xiaomi phones. too bad this phone has no headphone jack and no usb 3.0 for its price range. i was considering the moondrop miad01 too, because of its overkill cooling solution, but it's unavailable at the moment.

            I would like to praise your precise report and I would just like to point out that MIUI is a messy OS that is being replaced due to a big complaint with Hyper OS, but it needs time to be proven and it will certainly have flaws that need time to be smoothed out

              Mobile12, 15 May 2024Would you rather buy Galaxy A55 or Redmi Note 13 Pro 5G? I think Note 13 Pro is supposed to compete with A35 not A55... But I think A55 has better durability, camera, battery life, newer WiFi/Bluetooth, microSD, 19.5 aspect ratio & faster chip. (Whereas RN13 Pro has a headphone jack, 20min faster charging & thinner bezels)

              But I think the answer depends more on which UI you're comfortable with. Personally, I prefer OneUI over MiUI or HyperOS & I also prefer four years of major OS upgrades.

I also notice that it might have a problem with 5G cellular handover because when I stop my car for a while in a street with 5G, my A55 will have 5G signal. But when I drive to the next street that also has 5G coverage, it immediately falls back to 4G. I have to stop there for a while before it gets 5G again. This dont happen with my Poco F3 and iphone.

Samsung usually has issues if you are not using your region/ local firmware (it's very random) . I have a samsung f23 that cannot get 5g network connection since the 5g bands are locked and the method of unlocking them was removed and is no longer possible without root. If there's firmware of your location then there's hope, you can flash it via Odin and the issue will go. If not then you can try flashing various regional firmware and maybe one will work.

                                I was using Galaxy A 71 since 2020 october. Even before I had used A 5 2016.
                                The A 71 was working like a charm. Camera is very good and display is gorgeous. Battery backup was sufficient to run one full day.
                                But suddenly it got broken due to a fall and display got stattered. I thought Samsung would launch Galaxy A 55 as alternative to Galaxy A74 which they had discontinued. But they launched it with exynos, which is a straight no from me.

                                I purchased Galaxy S 23 256 gb instead of A 55, which was acctualy a upgrade over A 71...

                                  I agree with you about the prices, but only big buyers can get a discount, China and India alone which have a population of 1.5 billion inhabitants, which means a total of 3 billion who are the most numerous, (every second a baby is born) will certainly have a cheaper price, and the rest is scattered like In the EU, 44-50 countries will be overpriced,
                                  only buying from 2 hands or an agreement with a mobile operator to use their service can have a cheaper price for now.
