The music player is rubbish. IThe phone hides most of the albums I put on the microSD card and jumbles up the tracks of those that are visible.
Absolute rubbish. This is the main reason I bought it, to play music.
The FM radio doesn't bluetooth either!

I really wanted to like this phone. But sadly, here are the things that let it down:
Note: mine is made in Vietnam
1. There is the texting bug where at times while you type messages, the keypad will suddenly hang up, inputting the number of the last letter you pressed. Then the keypad backlight will turn off but the screen just stay lit, with the cursor flashing. Wait all you like but the screen will not turn off. Only solution is to remove the battery which is such a pain. I waited for over a year for some firmware update to remedy this, but no such update came.
2. The build is flimsy, the back cover is thin and flimsy. I wished the build to similar to a Nokia 3310 (by HMD) and the 3310 3G (both of which couldn't even compare to the legendary build quality of the original 3310) but compared to those, the 8210 4G's construction is simply flimsy making it less substantial.
For a revival phone, HMD did not give the old 8210 any justice.

Is there any way to fix contacts searching problem in nokia 8210. Did they gave any software update?

Poorly implemented Bluetooth. Whenever I make or answer a call using my Bluetooth headset the audio by default is pushed to speaker and not the Bluetooth? It means I need to get the phone out of my pocket and manually change it to Bluetooth audio. This is quite irritating. Also, no Bluetooth output option for FM radio which is a bit stupid really.

Why can't Nokia sell us a featurephone with a 5mp camera, fm wireless radio, google maps, 4g, whatsapp built in, 3.5mm audio, usb-c charger connector, 1800mAh battery, proper t9 predicted text that allows you to Capitalise a word mid-sentence by pressing the shift key like the old Nokias did(try a Nokia 105 4G 2023 and you'll see this feature is removed!), and make it a candybar or flip design.
They come out with all these less than perfect alternate designs, some with 0.3mp camera, or lacking wireless fm radio, and please usb-c connector. Come on NOKIA!!!

If you want to see a phone with a better camera look for the S23 ultra not some £30 nokia

I have used Nokia phones most of my life. The last model was the 3310 (released in 2017)
I just bought a new Nokia 8210. The biggest problem I encountered is finding contacts. If you want to search for a name letter by letter, the 8210 will no longer search for the first letter of the name, as the 3310 did, but for all names that contain the entered letter. It's completely brainless. If I have 300 names in my phone and I know that there are 10 names that start with the letter E, it would be normal if, by entering the letter E, the phone would show you all the names that start with the letter E. BUT the Nokia 8210 displays all names that contain the letter E, which I have about 100 in my phone. This is not normal. The person who invented such a search engine for the Nokia phone is out of his mind.
