Everyone's buzzing about Britney.

Her abs. Her face. Her bod.

Her cover of Women's Health magazine is the January/February issue.

Epic photoshop fail? Or just makeup?

According to the magazine, before she arrived on set for her photo shoot, her longtime manager, Larry Rudolph, mentioned that Britney, 33 and 5'4″, was probably the best shape of her life.

Britney Spears shows off her abs for the magazine.

"After I had Jayden, it was real easy for me to get back in shape," she says. "But five years later, I started noticing changes in my body. My hips are a little bit wider because I've had kids. So it was crucial for me to be continuous with my exercise. Consistency is key."

She didn't offer up any special trainer, just saying, "Daily exercise is important for me both mentally and physically," she says. "Dancing is a great cardio workout- tough and fun at the same time."

Her diet: "I'm really into raw food – sushi, basically." For snacks, she reaches for Nut Thins and "any kind of fruit"- preferably peaches. The one indulgence she won't ditch? "I love sweet tea!"

One person who has something to say about yet another Britney body part is her new boyfriend Charlie Ebersol. He tells People magazine she has an "enormous heart."
