HUGH Hefner's ex Karissa Shannon claimed she secretly aborted his "devil child" when she was 19 and he was 83.
The now 32-year-old made the shocking claims in a new eye-opening interview.
The former Playboy bunny told the Mirror that she discovered she was pregnant on accident after undergoing a blood test before a planned breast enlargement- a procedure that Hugh allegedly paid for in 2009.
She told the outlet: "I wasn’t having sex with anyone else so it only could have been his baby. I just wanted to get rid of it as soon as possible.
"I didn’t want Hef to find out and he never did."
Karissa continued: "I was disgusted with my body and felt like there was an alien inside my stomach.
"It was like the devil was inside of me. I didn’t want anyone to know I was carrying an 83-year-old man’s child."
Karissa had previously been invited to live in Hugh's famous mansion with her twin sister Kristina.

Upon learning about the pregnancy, Kristina formed a plan to help her sibling: "I found a clinic in LA. I got Hef’s security to drop us at the mall, pretending we were going shopping, then called my friend to pick us up. We were able to keep it secret."
Karissa and Kristina also claimed they were pushed into unprotected group sex and also fed alcohol and liquor.
The twins, who described Hugh as having a "black soul," admitted they were happy to hear of the magazine publisher's 2017 death at 91 years of age.
SHOCK CLAIMS
Plenty of horrific allegations have been unearthed due in part to A&E's docu-series, The Secrets of Playboy, as numerous former Playmates, girlfriends, and mansion employees of Hugh have opened up.
One allegation, from Hugh's former girlfriend Sondra Theodore, claimed that he would tape women all the time, oftentimes without their permission.
Sonda also claimed that when they had other women in the bedroom, Hugh would sometimes tell them he was turning off the camera - if it made them uncomfortable - but would secretly continue to film anyway.
Sondra, who dated Hugh from 1976 to 1981, alleged that his sexual desires grew more extreme as time went on.
'NOT ALLOWED TO LEAVE'
The Girls Next Door's Holly Madison, one of the most notable playmates who resided with Hugh at one point, previously described the living situation at the mansion as "cult-like."
"We were all kind of gaslit and expected to think of Hef as this really good guy," Holly said in a scene from the series.
The now 42-year-old continued: "And you started to feel like, oh, he's not what they say in the media. He's just a nice man.
"Another thing that reminded me of a cult is how it was so easy to get isolated from the outside world there.
"You had a 9 o'clock curfew, you were encouraged to not have friends over, you weren't really allowed to leave unless it was a family holiday."

Hugh passed away on September 27, 2017.
