Ingredients for Breadfruit Recipe

  • 3 cup cubed breadfruit
  • 1/2 cup bell pepper
  • 1/4 scotch bonnet pepper
  • 1/2 cup Celery
  • 1/4 cup red onion diced finely
  • 3/4 can peas and carrots
  • 3 hard boiled eggs
  • 1 pinch Parprika
  • 1 tablespoon white vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon mustard
  • 3/4 cup mayonaise
  • 1 pinch Black pepper

Directions: Breadfruit Recipe

  • STEP 1.Remove the skin of the breadfruit and take away the middle half.
  • STEP 2.Cut lengthwise or in cubes.
  • STEP 3.Fry in hot oil till absolutely burned and till the items flip golden brown.
  • STEP 4.Sprinkle salt before serving.
