Giant green carpet anemone on the move

So I have recently been making small changes to my aquarium in light of my large (14 inch wide) green carpet anenome. I have added an extra light because he seemed to be starved for light. After adding this light for about 5 hours per day he is on the move and moving to a dangerous spot. I have seen this anenome move rocks and I’m sure it won’t be the last time, he is now completely between my back glass and rocks like a taco shell. My question is do I move this beast . Posted below are before and after shots.

Why is this a dangerous spot? Have you tried turning off the new light to see if it moves back?
