Karissa Shannon is not going to let Spencer Pratt profit from her sex life.
The Playboy model is threatening to sue the ex-“Hills” star if he releases a sex tape featuring her and boyfriend Sam Jones, TMZ.com reports.
Shannon’s lawyer reportedly sent a letter to the faded reality star accusing him of stealing the tape of “private materials” from the model’s home and asking for its return.
“Would love to give Karissa Shannon her sex tape back, but it’s currently serving as the keystone of my awesome sex tape fort,” Pratt tweeted on Monday afternoon.
Prior to that, he quipped on Twitter, “Maybe if I threaten to release a solo sex tape, humanity will pay me $5million not to.”
In his letter to Pratt, Shannon’s attorney also asked the C-lister to reveal the names of the people who have seen or are in possession of the tapes and to sign a letter stating he will not attempt to “publish, distribute, sell, license or otherwise exploit the footage.”
Last month, TMZ.com broke the news that Pratt was planning to sell a “library” of sex tapes featuring his estranged wife Heidi Montag to porn giant Vivid Entertainment. The tapes are said to include footage of Montag and Shannon getting hot and heavy – footage that Shannon confirmed existed to the gossip website – as well as the “Hills” starlet pre-surgery.
Pratt reportedly found the treasure trove of x-rated videos while moving out of the Malibu home he once shared with Montag following their separation in May. Though Shannon later accused Pratt of having stolen a camera that contained the explicit footage from her home.
