Blame Game of Thrones' season ending this week, but white blond hair has been showing up everywhere. It could be because of how cool and flattering platinum hair looks on everyone, but if you've been tuned into the show (read: glued to the TV screen every Sunday), the pale color is even more iconic. Daenerys Targaryen is a woman who gets what she wants, and now Vanessa Hudgens is ditching her VMAs bob for a similar frosty blond hair color that's beyond beautiful.
Debuted for last night's episode of So You Think You Can Dance, Hudgens' new color came courtesy of celebrity hairstylist Chad Wood, who used John Freida products to style her tousled, polished waves. It's unconfirmed if the new hue is a wig, but her fans seem to think so—multiple voices have asked what brand her wig is in the comments (we've reached out to Wood, and will update when we hear back). In the meantime, we know he used John Freida's Frizz Ease Secret Weapon for that moonstone shine, and the brand's Luxurious Volume Forever Hairspray to help her style last through the night's hosting.

In all fairness to the rest of pop culture though, everyone's got their own take on who Hudgens' new hair is paying tribute to. Celebrity makeup artist Allan Aveñdano smoked out her eyes with a plummy gold color scheme and shiny red lips to match, then dubbed his photo with the caption, "Today's look: Atomic Blonde." Wood, on the other hand, captioned his photo, "Spring breeaak!!!!!? 🌴🌞💁🏼💃🏼🔫💰 " which was one of the most memorable times Hudgens had fair hair. So maybe it's for real? Only time will tell.
