•All packages are sent via International registered airmail from Ukraine
•The average delivery time for the most countries is 7-15 Business Days.
•Fast shipping methods are available by additional cost.

• We send order to Etsy shipping address and not the PayPal one. Please make sure your Etsy shipping address is correct during the checkout.
• You can change shipping address after purchase if your order has not been shipped. Please, convo us with the correct address as soon as possible.

- After your order will be shipped you will get from us all necessary information regarding tracking,
- We will keep you informed (for EU this service we provide only after your confirmation) via Etsy Convo about your parcel's status/location/movement , so you even shouldn't spend your time for it. It's our standard service (exceptions - the countries where the online tracking is not available, like Australia).

• If your package was returned to us as unclaimed or because of incorrect information about the address - we'll contact you for further instructions - redelivery or canceling an order.
• You should know that if the parcel was delivered to the post office and to some reasons is not received during 15 days, it would be sent back to us.
• Redelivery - we can ship your parcel again, but you will need to pay the shipping cost.
• Canceling - please, note, that there is non-refundable 9% and Paypal fees (for USA - 1.9% + $ 0.30, other countries 2.9% + $ 0.30 (*Paypal fees can be changed)). Also shipping costs are non-refundable.

Due to the custom nature of our products,refunds/exchanges are only offered if you receive an item you did not order or if you receive damaged or defective item(we will ask for a photo though),we will issue a full refund for you or replace it with identical one.If such a problem occurs,please,сontact me immediately with the transaction number and photos of the situation.
Please note that the items must be returned within 21 days after receiving,in the same condition,in original package,not used/worn

We try to ensure that we provide the best possible service to all our customers, and strive to get all parcels to you on time. However, as we all know, the post at Christmas time can be difficult.
Once we have sent our orders, unfortunately we cannot control how fast it gets to you!
I would recommend giving a bit of extra time to allow for any delays in the upcoming Christmas rush.
