SIZING
Size guide for bracelets: With a piece of string or tape, measure your wrist. Now add between 1/2 to 1 inch for a tight or loose wear.Please note sizes are approximated due to the size beads variations.


Wire and Clasp Bracelet sizes: Some pieces appear larger in photos than actual size. Please note that jewelry lengths include the clasp. Average woman's size is 7" and average male size 8". If you need any other size please let us know through custom ordering form

Elastic bracelets are normally Large Size 7-7.5 " and are one size fits most.

Handmade Jewelry is more fragile. Please handle with care, wear them often, and store them away properly; keep your jewels away from water, soap and chemicals as much as possible. When storing your jewelry please make sure it is not wet. Water damages the plating faster on plated items.

Please be aware that due to the delicate nature of gemstones all jewelry pieces should be handled with care.

All Items are shipped in a carton box wrapped with bubble sheet for extra protection placed inside a mailing bag

As we use Natural Hand Carved Stones,the picture is only for your reference,the size,shape,and color of stones you received will vary from the picture shown. Since each crystal is struck from a different stone expect some slight color variations.

Due to the handmade nature of our products, there may be slight variations in color and/or craftsmanship.

Our products are a mix of "Ready to Ship" & "Make to Order".

Orders which are "Ready to Ship" will be shipped within 2 business days of payment and are shipped to the address specified in your Etsy account.

Orders which are "Make to Order", please read the product details as the processing time for these can vary from 2 to 3 weeks (it will be specified during checkout).

Kindly check the estimated delivery time before placing the order.

We are offering Free worldwide shipping on all orders. Because of the low shipping costs, orders are not insured .

Sometimes it can take a month or more to reach so please keep that in mind while making your purchases. Parcel is usually left at door step or at mailbox.
So please check your mailbox regularly. There are cases where the parcel was handed over to the neighbors, sometimes in some other mailbox, in the bushes or handed over to someone in the community.

This is not in our control and is not our responsibility.

If you have ordered via "Standard Shipping", we will not be responsible for the lost/damaged/stolen-in-transit goods.
No replacement of goods or money return for such orders.

We will provide you tracking number of the parcel as soon as the items are dispatched. But please know that tracking may or may not be available after parcel leaves India. The reason is tracking status of the parcel are not updated in a timely manner in a few countries ,but the parcel will be moving.
If tracking shows still 'In Transit', it means the status of shipment is not updated regularly by the postal departments of the destination country. In such cases the customer need to keep patience.
