It may be so hard to imagine F1 drivers being wholesome and kind, given their ruthless racing on the track. Yet, every driver is a human being and often gets emotional, be it happy or sad with his loved ones. 7X champion Lewis Hamilton showed us this adorable side a few years ago when he spent some time with his nephew and niece.

Back in 2019, the Mercedes driver was visiting his sister’s kids during the season. Kaiden, who is Lewis’ nephew, loves to dance, and he asked Hamilton to do the same with him. Lewis danced with Kaiden and Willow, his niece, in a meme-worthy moment. He posted footage of the same on his social media, citing how he literally had to dance like a child to make his nephew and niece happy.

As per his Instagram post, Lewis said, “I love being an Uncle. Got to spend a little time with my sisters kids of whom I adore naturally. But uncle duty’s when Kaiden loves his dance game and asks uncle to do it to, a good uncle will never say no.”

“So here’s me making a fool out of myself trying to keep up with a 5-year old lol.” Lewis mentioned how spreading positivity and joy to them becomes his prime responsibility. As he has returned home for the off-season, we may see similar family moments from the Hamilton family.

Hamilton always has been grateful to his family for their support. Despite several issues; Lewis has kept his family together in unison, with every step of his F1 success. While the 7-time champion is still single, he does wish to have a small family someday.

Right now Lewis Hamilton looks fully committed to F1 and achieving some more accolades in the sport. Although, it won’t be long before he looks to take off and settle down. The Briton has stated how he wishes to have a family after he is done with F1.

Hamilton may not want to mix his personal life with the smooth winning trajectory of his professional career. Lewis has become one of the greatest drivers of F1, and he may not want his family to get affected by the additional spotlight he gets.
