A north wind whips up snow on an icy ramp in Sioux City, Iowa as the sunrise, punctuated by a sundog and single digit temperatures surround U.S. Air Force KC-135 Statotanker aircraft assigned to the Iowa Air National Guard’s 185th Air Refueling Wing. The aircraft are moved to the back of the ramp, while the flight line in Sioux City is being cleared of snow on February 23, 2023. U.S. Air National Guard photo: SMSgt Vincent De Groot
