AzuFight: Taisen Shiyo, otherwise known as AzuFight and A! Taisen Shiyo~, is a doujin fighting game based on the anime/manga series Azumanga Daioh created by Kiyohiko Azuma.
The game features the six main girls as playable characters, each having an unlockable EX character variant. Starring alongside them are their teachers- Yukari and Nyamo, both unlockable.
Also making an appearance are Chiyo's dad (Chiyo-chichi) and that bastard cat (Kamineko), both as unlockable boss characters.

In the game's arcade mode you can fight Super Kamineko (kind of like the game's own Shin-Akuma), but he is not playable.
