Right Grooming of the new generation is very important.

Every student should be groomed well at the right age that can lead them to have a better personality development or we can say a right overall development both manually and physically. This new generation has a lot more potential than the older generation. They have a lot of opportunities which somewhere was not there in our father's and grandfather's time. A lot of new professions have opened up for people, then also so many people all over the world are facing poverty and don't have proper jobs. These jobs just cannot satisfy their basic needs also.

There are a lot of problems that most people are facing nowadays to get a job that is of their interest and also should meet their financial requirements.

I have seen people in my surroundings, like in my university where I study. They always talk about the package that they always wanted to have, like if I talk about it in INR, here most people generally expect a 100k job per month and yes that's the decent package that a fresher can get nowadays if you are a BTech graduate from a decent university. But I have also heard the people talking about getting a 50k INR per month job also. So what does this indicate?

This indicates the average pay required for an individual depends on person to person.

According to Economics, The country's development growth majorly depends on its average daily income of that country's resident, but this way of calculating or judging any country is now being an old idea.

My teacher used to tell me if in a country more people earn a very high amount of income and some have a very low-income rate, then the average will be in the middle of both comparable values. This also indicates that if a value is been shown as that country's average income of an individual then many people may not get that amount also. If you say that some county Z has a very low average income rate per person, assuming 7$ per day. Then there may be people who are only earning 1$ per day there but due to the higher income of businessmen and other higher officials, the average is going up.

So in this way, we cannot predict whether the facts that have been shown are accurate or not, some may be accurate but some may not.

Now the Internet has made a lot of things easier for people like transport, banking, maintaining records and many more uncountable small things without which we cannot survive. So having this many opportunities around us but still, we are not using it properly, most of us only see this internet for just our entertainment purpose or to complete our project work off schools and colleges. This is also a type of cheating only, imagine if the internet would not be there for one day like some blackout happened, then what we will do. We all are so addicted to this high-speed internet that without this we cannot live.

My suggestion, in this case, is that we just need to control ourselves a little bit and just try not to get addicted to these facilities that we are getting easier nowadays.

If we have been groomed rightly from childhood to respect all the facilities and the freedom that has been given to us by our parents then no one can stop us from achieving what we dreamt for and will surely get the success.
