Painan, (Antaranews Sumbar) - The Government of South Pesisir District, West Sumatra, in 2018 began to arrange the area of Painan Carocok Beach attractions starting from the entrance, the location of trade, and parking area.
"The Public Works Department has prepared a master plan of development guidelines, then we will socialize the documents to interested parties there," Head of South Pesisir Tourism, Youth and Sports Agency, Mawardi Roska stated in Painan, Monday.
The arrangement will begin this year and it is targeted to be completed by the end of 2019, he noted.
In the future, there will only be one entrance at the attraction of Carocok Beach, including the exit, he said.
Furthermore, localization will be carried out for traders' kiosks and in some locations will be built parks to beautify the region.
"The pros and cons in the implementation will certainly happen, but whatever it is the rearrangement will benefit all those who depend on their economy on Carocok Beach attraction," he explained. (cha)
