The drummer, 47, revealed a nasty-looking hand injury in a bloody photo posted Sunday, after playing a gig with Blink-182 in Manchester, England. In the Instagram Story, Barker raised his hand close up to the camera as he showed all of his fingers covered in blood and scabs — and a wide gash across the knuckles. The musician added a peace sign emoji in his caption as he tagged his location, along with a blood drip emoji, hinting at his accident. Blink-182 is performing for the second time in Manchester on Monday, marking the last European date of their Rock Hard tour. The band will then head to Las Vegas for their final shows this year on Oct. 21 and 22. The injury comes as Barker is awaiting the arrival of a baby boy with his pregnant wife Kourtney Kardashian — something Kardashian, 44, described as a “dream come true” in a recent interview with Vanity Fair Italia. Barker meanwhile shares son Landon, 19, daughter Alabama, 17, and stepdaughter Atiana De La Hoya, 24, with his ex-wife Shanna Moakler. Kardashian also spoke in the interview about having “to let go of the fear” in her pregnancy after she underwent "urgent fetal surgery” in September. "Right after the surgery, I reached the point where I let myself go and I stopped worrying. Now I talk to the baby every day, have a positive mindset, keep my head straight, and say a lot of prayers," she shared. "I feel really lucky and grateful.”
