The Twospined Angelfish also known as the Coral Beauty Angelfish is a popular reef species admired for its bright colours including bluish/purple on its head and dorsal area, and orange/yellowish body with blue lines and dots. They are very hardy fish and popular with the aquarium trade – it is one of the highest purchased dwarf angelfish.

The fish has a large range throughout the Indian and Western Pacific Oceans, covering parts of East Africa, Philippines, Tuamoto Islands, parts of Southern Japan and down to the Great Barrier Reef in Australia.
