White lips, yellow dorsal fin, blue spot and yellow-orange vertical stripe to the rear of the eye.
Size : 42 cm
Habitat : In coastal and outreefs with clear water, 6-50 m. The brow protrusion enlarges on ageing. Ranges alone or in small groups above the reef and grazes on algae growth on hard ground.
Distribution : East Africa to SW Japan, Palau, Solomons and GBR.
