Panulirus versicolor (Latreille, 1804)

Panulirus versicolor is found sporadically on lagoon and seaward reefs at Kwajalein. These can reach about 40cm, but most are smaller.

Younger individuals have all white antennae.

The very small individuals below appear to be juvenile Panulirus versicolor. The basic color pattern is similar to one figured by Debelius (1999), (p206).
