Ptereleotris microlepis (Bleeker, 1856)
Pearly dartfish or Blue gudgeon, 13cm

These dartfish are common on lagoon and seaward reefs, where they tend to hang out in pairs or small groups over holes under rocks partially buried in sandy areas, diving into the holes at the approach of danger.
